Huge opportunity for Job Search Site Optimization. Monster, Indeed and other Job related Search Sites
Lately I have been noticing a lot of changes and updates in Google Local/Business Center. One of the interesting part is that I notice, RSS Feeds in the Local Results from Job Sites. For example in one of the Local Search Results I see, indeed jobs RSS feed listings. Did you notice that?
I know Google is very keen about Local and Personalized Search Results, but is it relevant? or is is it just testing? Well May be it is relevant based on the searches.
I searched for a Company name and the location it gave me results about that company hiring, I guess it all makes sense since people who look for a specific company in Local also look for Careers/Jobs in that company.
The Results were also taken from Monster but from a different site, Might Be a good opportunity for sites like Monster and other Hiring companies.
Well SEO's from those companies should pay some attention to some of these results.

Now a days monster playing a good roll in searching job. It gives more opportunity for every teenagers to search a good job in selected companies. Its really awesome.
